How it works
1. Tell us the basics
Where are you going, and where are you coming from? Add your dates, how many travelers, and your budget. That's it for the paperwork.
2. Pick your vibe
This is the fun part. Choose a theme — romance, honeymoon, nuptials, foodie, adventure, exotic, and more — or just describe the trip in your own words. "Slow mornings, great coffee, one fancy dinner, and somewhere to watch the sunset." We speak that language.

3. Get suggestions built around the two of you
BaecationMe's AI pulls together ideas sorted into the categories that matter:

4. Build your itinerary (and see it come to life)
Add your favorites and watch your trip take shape day by day. Your itinerary shows up on an interactive map with color-coded pins, distances from where you're staying, and a satellite view for when you want to scope out the neighborhood.
You'll also see the weather forecast for your trip dates and a running estimated total, with a budget indicator so you always know where you stand. No surprise math at the end.
5. Book it and make it official
When you're happy with the plan, BaecationMe guides you to trusted booking partners to make your reservations. Mark the trip as booked, export or print your itinerary, and add it straight to your calendar. Then all that's left is the countdown.
A quick, honest note about booking
We like to be upfront: BaecationMe plans your trip — you book directly with the provider. When you're ready, we send you to trusted partners for hotels, flights, activities, and car rentals, and you make your reservations with them. We don't process trip bookings or payments ourselves, and we can't guarantee reservations, but we do make getting from "this is the one" to "it's booked" a whole lot easier.
